Workplace is able to use computed tomograph (CT) to visualize its internal structure in very high resolution without need for mechanical penetration into battery. CT LargeScan 2.0 device developed by Esperanto s.r.o. (distributor of Witte Barskamp, Unima, Kordt, Mitutoyo clamping, measuring equipment in Czechia, Slovakia, Ukraine) allows x-ray technology to check quality of various battery parts (cells, control units, wire harnesses, connectors, seals) and with significant advantages over touch or laser inspection. National Development Bank (NRB) accepted 5,907 applications for 6,140 electric vehicles (5,946 passenger cars, 191 light commercial vehicles, 3 trucks), 2,696 charging stations in Czechia during almost seven months (30 weeks, March 18 – October 14) of duration of Electromobility Guarantee program (guarantee for loan and subsidy for battery or fuel cell electric vehicle and charging stations for companies and entrepreneurs). Bank concluded 4,581 guarantee contracts, approved another 237 applications, now assessing 1033 applications. Greatest interest is in Tesla cars (2,593 vehicles), followed by Volkswagen (569), Volvo (541), Škoda (533), BMW (288), MG (277), Mercedes (182), Hyundai (158), Kia (119) and SsangYong (104). Of total volume of allocated resources (CZK 1.95 billion/EUR 79 million for BEVs/FCEVs, chargers), 100% currently reserved, NRB paid out CZK 335.4 million (EUR 13.3 million) so far.
