AutoBinck Group (AutoBinck) further strengthens its mobility management position by acquiring ROI Fleet & Mobility (ROI)

In recent years, ROI has developed into a leading player in the field of fleet management, mobility management and consultancy. The company advises clients on sustainable and flexible mobility and manages some 10,000 vehicles, mobility passes, shared cars and e-bikes. ROI will become a subsidiary of market leader Fleet Support, which is part of AutoBinck's Smart Mobility division.

“The world of mobility is changing rapidly. The ROI services likewise are shifting from fleet management alone to integral mobility management. This drives new waves of innovation but also requires further investment. For this reason, ROI has decided to team up with Fleet Support,” according to Jaap van Daalen, owner of ROI.

Fleet Support is the market leader and has a 25-year track record as the largest independent partner for fleet and mobility management in the Netherlands. Their specialised knowledge enables them to develop concrete solutions that lead to higher returns for its customers. Combining Fleet Support’s and ROI’s knowledge and experience will result in even higher levels of service for their clients.
