National Development Bank (NRB) stopped accepting applications for Electromobility Guarantee program (guarantee for loan and subsidy for battery or fuel cell electric vehicle and charging stations for companies and entrepreneurs) on October 14 at 2:30pm, as allocated resources (CZK 1.95 billion/EUR 79 million for BEVs/FCEVs, chargers) were used up in almost seven months (30 weeks, March 18 – October 14). Support for electromobility continues in coal regions of Czechia (Moravian-Silesian Region, Ústí Region, Karlovy Vary Region), where NRB provides interest-free loans to small and medium-sized entrepreneurs as part of Transformation programme (CZK 500,000 to 100 million/EUR 20,000 to 4 million, maturity up to 10 years) for purchase of electric vehicles intended for delivery, service and other similar purposes
